Subprocessors

Uptomic customer - the data controller, shall on the commencement of the service agreement authorize Uptomic to use the below mentioned subprocessors for the processing described for that party. Uptomic shall not be entitled, without the customer's explicit written authorisation, to engage a subprocessor for a ‘different’ processing than the one which has been agreed upon or have another subprocessor perform the described processing.

Uptomic current list of subprocessors includes:

• Sovren/TextKernel/Bullhorn - CV and Job Pre-parsing
• OpenAI - CV/Job processing, highlighting, etc
• AWS - Data storage and processing
• Outseta - User authentication, account management, customer support
• Stripe - Payment processing, billing, and financial transactions
• PostHog (www.posthog.com) - Product analytics and session tracking
