His military background as a Combat Engineering Officer and Army Ranger in the U.S. Army, attests to his exceptional leadership and steadfastness in demanding environments. He holds degrees from MIT, Missouri S&T, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Michael Galkovsky
Michael’s led digital transformations at IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton for high-profile clients such as NATO, the US Army, and the US Air Force. Recognized as an expert in cognitive systems, enterprise strategy, and complex data integration.
Michael has been pivotal in the technical leadership and delivery of projects valued at over 1 billion USD. His educational portfolio includes an Executive Certificate in Complex System Management from M.I.T. and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Freed-Hardeman University.
Alexandra Chelariu
Alexandra has extensive experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms and marketplaces across B2B and B2C markets. She has led product innovation at both corporate giants like IBM and fast-paced start-ups, specializing in defining and executing growth strategies—from building 0 to 1 products to scaling mature portfolios.
Known for her hands-on approach, Alexandra has driven innovation, increased customer retention, and unlocked new revenue opportunities, consistently delivering impactful results across diverse business environments.

Peter is an experienced full-stack developer with a decade of expertise in designing and delivering innovative solutions. He has a proven track record of building projects from the ground up, combining strong analytical thinking with a passion for development.
